Wow Ladies, I feel for you with the flashes!  I have to brag here, I went
thru the pause without even knowing it.. showed that I had thru blood work,
and I have never had a hot flash!  The BC went bezerk but at the same time,
no hot flashes, better nails, hair, and cholesterol than ever... Go Figure!
