Re: [MOL] Adeno Carcinoma of Adrena Gland

Well, I see everyone just rushed into answering this one. Excuse the delay,
I have been giving your message a lot of thought. None of us are in the
medical profession; so our opinions are just that, our opinions. Yes, the
type cancer your brother had is rare; however did he have it in both of the
adrenal glands? Also, as an Addison person who's adrenal glands do not work
at all, neither does the thyroid, there is medication that keeps us alive.
If the cancer was in only one adrenal gland and it is removed then
eventually the other adrenal gland will take over for the missing one also.
So I am amiss as to why he died. Is this what you are questioning? If not
I will be more than happy to research for you, just let me know. Your
friend, lillian
