Dear DEbbie,
Actually I didn't mean for you to hire an attorney. There are attorneys
that will provide free consultations and advise a better or more direct
way of handling the situation from a legal and personal standpoint.
Involvement into any lawsuit costs more for you in the long run and that
long run may be as long as 5 years in a civil suit and much in terms of
aggravation, monetary outlay and no one wins other than, say the
attorney. I agree, but you may just wish to seek consultation. Cover all
bases. What you are doing or will do in seeking advice and consent from
Government officials is a more diplomatic and direct path to
accomplishing your goals. Take care dear lady. Sorry for confusion.
Shalom and be well,
God Bless,
