[MOL] Something to Ponder

Good Morning All,

Some more conflicting news about vitamins and supplements. HOpe it
doesnt sway you from your dietary needs. I know my Brother JOhn
mentioned something similar to us about a few weeks back. Thanks John.
And Lil also mentioned and suggested that we each have a specific need
for our bodies and minds and to take things in moderation. Much
investigation and thought has to be placed on the needs for our bodies
whether ingesting foods or dietary supplements.

Intake Of Vitamins E, C And Carotenoids Does Not 'Substantially'
Reduce Stroke Risk

WESTPORT, Jun 15 (Reuters Health) - Results from The Health
Professionals Follow-up Study, a prospective, observational study
involving more than 43,000 men have failed to show any
substantial association between consumption of vitamin E, vitamin
C and carotenoids and risk of ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke.
"Modest effects, however, cannot be excluded," a Boston,
Massachusetts, team reports in the June 15th Annals of Internal
Medicine.
