Hello Everyone,
Here are my "thoughts for today":
The one who attempts to be better than himself is likely
to have more success than the one who attempts to be better
than someone else.
Room for improvement is the largest room in the world.
We should never compare ourselves to anyone else. I know that's hard to
do, since we live in such a competitive society. The only comparison
that need be made is when we look at ourselves and ask, "Am I better
today than I used to be?" We look for progress, not perfection! That has
always been a tough one for me, because I have always expected so much
from myself, but I have come a long way in that area. There seems to be
a fine line between expecting perfection, and not settling for less than
the best you can do. I guess the best place to be is right up to the
line without crossing it. That's going to take some practice for *me*.
I'd better end *now*, because I really could go on and on with subjects
like this...but that's all for now, folks.
God bless,
Jo
