Title: RE: [MOL] Frank and whirlpools....
Hi Kathy.Bend,Org,is about 80 miles north of where we went camping. We used to camp at a place called brown lake. Then a few miles north of that, was another lake that was really wooded in.Crator Lake is beautiful. If you ever get a chance visit it,you will not regret it.We also camped once west of Bend. But we liked Brown Lake better. We were fishing one day on Brown Lake.My wife was with me.I had two poles with me.I used one, then switched ove to the other.I handed my wife a pole and she held onto it,while I was baited the other. We saw this boat coming towards us,it was Fish & Game. They asked my wife if she had a license,no,I don,t fish.Well what about that pole she had.I said,It was mine,Oh,you are using two poles, thats a serious offense.Oh,well,my wife was fishing..Anyway,she wouldn,t talk to me the rest of the day.She got a ticket, and she wasn,t even fishing..Love Frank

Dear Frank:  The central mountains of Oregon?  Would that be near Bend?  What wonderful country!  I've been camping there several times -- also in the Redwood Forest.  It gets cold there because the trees are so huge, the sun can't get through, but it's gorgeous.  Love, Kathy

That is why I love the Comfort or Fairfield Inns.A nice clean room, and a
good whirlpool.I also love those breakfast in the morning. My family and I
lived in Northern Calif, and we were always camping out in the Redwood
National Forest right next to the ocean. But we did ruff it in the central
mountains of Oregon. There were a lot of bears there. But,how I loved brown
lake.It was full of trout. But in North Dakota, its not worth camping here, too
many bugs..Love Frank
