Hi, Debby: That doesn't mean there aren't million dollar homes here, too -- there are, and lots of them. I would say, though, that the average two bedroom home would run about $150,000. I did have a four bedroom home, but one bedroom was turned into a den and TV room and another was converted into an office; therefore, now there are only two bedrooms, but two full baths. I have a little trouble making the payments, but that's where my roommate (brother) comes in! Our taxes are nowhere near that high, either. I would invite everyone to move here, but that's what everyone is doing already -- particularly our neighbors to the southwest (California). We're flooded with them!!! LOL Still, Boise is very lovely and I'm fortunate to live here. Love, Kathy

Dear Kathy and Frank,
I'll take $150,000. for a three bedroom! In this part of Jersey nothing
is under $200,000. and the taxes are over $7,000., school county etc.
We would like to move, been in same house for eight years, but no where
to go.
