[MOL] Please read this and let me know what can be done, for thechildren?????

Dear Owners of the MOL Cancer Forum,
Please scrol down and read all of these posts on this page. Then would you
please post to the Mol Angels Support Group Forum what if anything you can do
for our children????? Thank you so much for this forum, it is defiantly God
sent, and very much needed, you have to be Gods Angels too.
God Bless you,
Nanc ():-)

Boy! Nisi,
Did you ever hit the nail on the head, as far as an online support forum for
the children of cancer parents and loved ones. I am going to forward this
post of yours to the Forum, and see what they can do. Of course getting the
kids to open up to others may be a problem, but if the parents can give them
the first shove it may just work. I know it has got to be really hard on
them. You are an Angel for sure.
Love ya,
Nanc ():-)

 Cori,
I am so sorry that you are going through this with very little
"support" from those around you. Having three teenage sons myself, I have
some advice, let them read the email that you posted here. All of my sons
have been in at least one fight this year in school, the grades have
suffered
and they will do just about anything to get the attention they need. I
finally told them where my head was and asked them to simply tell me when
they really need my attention, even if it's just for a hug and a kiss. I
hide nothing from them concerning Patrick's cancer and future. They are
involved in the decision making conversations, but the decisions themselves
are Patrick's to make. It's hard for kids to find out that we are not super
Mom's, that we are fragile at times and scared. But once they realize we
are
only human, they may act differently. If they need to talk to other teenage
boys, mine would be more than happy to do so 330-483-3717 or email them at
 PozzyF150@aol.com , bmwbshr@aol.com , lilpozz@aol.com . Maybe what we need
is an online support group for our kids.
 Praying for you, Love,
 Nisi >>
