all i know about the side effects (and the doctors won't give it to you 
unless they are 100% sure you aren't and will not become pregnant, or get 
someone pregnant, during the course of treatment) is that sleepiness and 
drowsinesss (ok, same thing) are about all that's known that are benign.  
there is also a risk of nerve damage, but before that would happen, you would 
start experiencing a tingling or numbing effect on parts of your body. i 
think there may be more side effects, but the nerve damage possibility was 
the worst, i'm pretty sure.
