Dear Stephen:

All our prayers and good wishes will be with you that
God will help guide your surgeon's hand and that you
will tolerate the procedure with minimum discomfort.  There is a woman, who
keeps in touch with the list, but is too busy with work to post as much as
she used to, who also has one lung.  Where there is life there is hope, and
maybe even a belief in miracles, or at least, of being party of the minority
who have 'stu" symptoms but don't suffer xyz effects.
