I agree with you, that the will to live is so important and with that will
come the fight. I'm trying not to dwell too much on my dad's age, etc. I
try so hard not to let negative feelings creep in but it's hard at times. I
don't want to bury my head in the sand either. And believe me, I do pray
for him and I pray that Dad will reach out to God for comfort and for God
to ease his fears.
It's good to know that you're here. It's a comfort to me to know there are
people who can really relate to what I'm feeling inside. I hope at some
point I can comfort someone else.
Dad is being admitted today at Moffit Cancer Center in Florida. I feel so
out of control because I'm here in NJ. I plan on going down there the end
of the month.
