Dear Nanc and Chris,
thank you so much for your kind words. I live in Orange County, California
so it is impossible for me to be in the chat room when it is "live". I do
read
all of the chat each evening before I go to bed, hoping to find a cure for
my
dad's nsclc. He is having a rough time, every time he goes to a doctor, a
new test is ordered and a new problem is found. yesterday it was blood
clots in his leg. Its been almost a month since his dx, and he still has
not
been able to receive radiation or chemo. I'm very concerned because his
cancer has spread to lung, liver and leg. he's lost his appetite, and is
depressed. its just awful and i feel so helpless.
I have been doing alot of reading and have come across info on
Dr. Joseph Issles. A friend's relative was treated by him and although she
wasn't cured, her son felt like she had a better quality of life in her last
year.
I don't know the name of the center that he practices at, but if anyone out
there has any info, please let me know.
