Hi, Lil, how post post? We have quite a few groups of women who do
dragon boat racing  - I "hear" that none of them has developed
lymphedema. Used to be no responsible doctor would encourage a
mastectomy patient to exercise her arm in case this complication
developed. Now the wheel is turning toward exercise. Doesn't physio
handle this after surgery? Just thinking out loud, my friend. Love,
