Re: [MOL] hello! -Reply -Reply -Reply

Thanks so much for the message, but it is not my mother who has been
dx with colon cancer but a very close friend. In any event, thanks
for the suggestions. I just got off the phone with my friend who
informed that they just received the pathology report. Any
suggestions on where I can learn how to read it. Also, by now you've
probably noticed that I have used gender neutral pronouns when
referring to my friend. It is because my friend has asked that I keep
their predicament private. As a result, I will be respective of their
wishes and sensitive to their feelings. It is going on 3 weeks since
they have been dx and I get a sense that the reality of their
situation has yet to sink in. When appropriate, I will share this
web site with them, which I am confident will result in endless
benefits. My friend will have their first visit with the oncologist
this Monday, afterwards I will introduce them to this website.
