[MOL] OK to cry

Stephanie,
It's OK to feel the despair of the reality of you and your mom's
situation, just don't let it consume you. I try to be strong for my husband
and father too, and then sometimes we just cry together. Don't feel like you
always have to be the strong one. Crying is not necessarily a sign of
"weakness", it's a symptom of caring and loving. So go ahead and cry until
you can't anymore, then pick yourself up, be positive and fight the battle.
Take every minute to make good memories and enjoy the time you have together,
regardless of the "prognosis".
I have learned that much from joining this forum back in Oct '98. Your
right, this is a great group of people with a common bond. I, too, am glad I
found them. Hang in there, you'll be just fine. Thanks for joining us.

Sincerely,

Nisi
