I was truly sorry to hear about your mother and inspired by your loving
assistance to her. It's tough when the tides turn; but I know your mother
is in good hands as you ride this wave in. The morphine drip pump has a good
reputation for taking care of the pain; but unfortunately there are those side
effects, sleeping too much; etc. Is your mother responding well to the
morphine? Has her pain lessened any? Sometimes taking Procetamoe
works well and also reduces the amount of other pain meds. needed. You may
want to ask your mother's doctor about this. I hope I have been of some
