Re: [MOL] Tamoxifin

I have been taking tamoxifen (20 mg/day) for 2 years now. The first month
or two I experienced hot flashes which soon went away. I periodically feel
bloated but have not had any actual weight gain. I have found, over time,
that the worst symptoms I seem to have are increased premenstrual symptoms
such as irritability, bloating, etc.
On the positive side, it is supposed to help reduce the incidence of
recurrence of breast cancer and help to strengthen your bones.
I believe anyone on tamoxifen should be sure to have regular visits with
their doctor and have a yearly pap test.
