people. I am going to cut right through the chase. Please go to this
site and please give it some serious consideration befor you go loosing your
jaw; etc. What you need to understand is that a doctor can only do the
treatments provided by the hospital in which they are connected too. They
are not going to tell you to go someplace else. If you go to this site you
can get their video and information. I know several people who have had
