Oh Boy!  By taking an enema a day you are not allowing your system to do
what is natural....your system becomes dependent on ememas.  If you are
eating a high fiber diet, your system should work on it's own just fine.
Moderation is the key word to everything friend....that includes foods,
beverages; enema's; etc.
