Regarding synthroid, I'm on .5 mg per day also. And it will be forever.
So the fact that Mom has been on it a long, long time is no problem. However,
levels should be drawn to make sure that the dosage is still appropriate.
The dosage of .5 is the second lowest dose, .025 being the lowest, so she is
