Dear Mary:  How could we forget you?!  That would be impossible!  PJ is
right, bless her heart.  Sometimes you just have to be really obnoxious to
get what you want.  Start yelling.  I went through some of what Angelo has
when I was on chemo.  Loss of control -- that sort of thing.  It is
humiliating, there's no doubt about it, but it can't be helped.  To this
day, I have to be very careful.  I think the chemo has done some permanent
damage.  I am so terribly sorry Angelo is feeling so poorly and that
circumstances are making it so difficult for you to make him comfortable.
