I am totally wiped out...!! I cooked and
cooked and cooked and got it all done at 5:15 and I still had to shower, finish
loading the car and get to the church at 6.. Needless to say I was 20 minutes
late! Oh well, it worked out just fine.
I think I have OD'd on Lavender.. It has a
unique flavor, but all the tasting and sampling on top of eating it for dinner..
was a little much for even me!! LOL!
I think I will make a few alterations when I
make these treats again, but overall they were very good! The Lavender
cake was my favorite... I dug out all of the good serving items and took
candles to complete the look... Also sat the food on mirrors..
I particulary enjoyed the ice ring that I made for the Lavender lemonade... I
made it in the shape of a heart, a purple swirl and put dried flowers in
it... It looked lovely...
I will not be volunteering again for a long
time.... We will let some of the others have their chance...
Maybe I will do the first one of the milenium!! LOL!!
You all have been busy little chatters and it has taken me 2
hours to scan all the messages... 163 recieved today... I am afraid that I
am missing the essence of alot of them, as I just can't keep up right now and I
know that it will be even more difficult as I tackle the store...
