My father (53 years old) was diagnosied with nsclc, stage IV this month.
Aside from the tumor on his lung, 3 lesions were found in his brain and his
lymphnodes are swollen. His doctors have prescribed, Radiation treatments
for the brain lesions and the combination of Taxol, Carboplatin and
Navelbine.
I have read much about treatments of nsclc, but have not seen anything with
this combination. Any information would be helpful.
