Oh, sure, I just am just getting into altering normal recipes with healthy
substitutes. I am going to try a recipe for cranberry ketchup soon but
promised family that I would bake these tomorrow. I have a northern
blueberry cookbook as well. Blueberries and cranberries are powerful
antioxidants and contain a lot of trace elements and minerals.
I reminded Marty that he promised his healty version of pizza. We tried
teriaki sole today with onions today. It was quite good. Fry the fish with
olive oil, then remove from the pan. Saute onions and pour in the teriyaki
seasoning and water to make a sauce.
I stocked up on condiments at the health food store. Discovered that PAM
now comes with Olive Oil. Great, will help cut down on fat. Read the post
on rasberries and now having some of last summers crop. Delicious.
