PJ, yes, send recipe, the Kissinger clan are having a reunion in august and
this would be a great dish to prepare. Only don't know what to use, a
roaster? I am into substituting good stuff into traditional recipes but we
do like exotic things as well. Like stuffed artichokes. Send it when you
are not coping with water problems,
