No, Christine, she will see her doctor later today and he will let her know
then. Ran tests till very late last night and then prescribed the wrong nerve
meds for her too. She takes Adavan, they gave her Xanax and she is jittery
and couldn't sleep all night.
Yes, I am glad to go with him for the cat scan. Every other time I was there
for his tests, I prayed the whole time and every test turned out well. That's
what I will do this time. But I don't think I will see his doctor. The scan
is done at the hosp, not at her office.
Yes, I agree about the time alone without his wife. My son said that too. He
may awaken to the reality of how ill she is and how much he needs her. But we
have hoped for that before and it didn't do anything. In that regard, I
honestly think he knows how ill she is but doesn't want to deal with it and
doesn't want to scare her. He keeps insisting she will live a long time
because her mother was 100 and because this is a long-term illness of many
years so far. I think he's wrong, and I suspect that cancer or not, he may
outlive her if she isn't receiving good help and care.
Thanks for your response and for caring.
Chris
