Thanks for your concern about my friend.
I finally contacted him and he said he has a blockage in his intestines.
They
couldn't get the colonoscopy in him because of the blockage and then they
couldn't give him a barium. So on the 19th he is having surgery. They are
removing the part of the intestine and reconnecting it. It's about a 2 hour
op and then he will be in ICU for 2 days or so. The hospital is not far from
me so I'll be there to help him through it. He is single and a very nice
guy.
Just at this very moment I'm thinking of making him a basket of magazines and
computer books to give him. I love making baskets filled with goodies.
Since
he can't eat sweets I'm going to sweeten up his mind.
