Hi Liz,
Don was also told not to take it for 4 days before his nose surgery, cause it
thins the blood, that's why he is on it cause his vains are not to good.
Love you,

I have rather lost track of this line of inquery, but the question of
aspirin I mentioned (if that is relevant) related to the use of tamoxifen.
It is supposed to decrease the chance of blood clots. When the doctor told
me to take it, was after radiation was over and I never was on chemo so
that is not a factor here. When I went in for the biopsy, they told me not
to take any aspirin or ibuprofin for a week before and the same with
surgery. They said it is a blood thinner and would cause more prolific
bleeding during surgery.
