I called the person I bought my computer from this
afternoon around three and we attempted to do a reinstall of windows... five
hours later.. I still had nothing.. Now I have really a strange thing
going on... I actually have the old windows installation on my hard drive
as Windows1 and had to do a reinstall of windows to get any sort of capability
back..
I don't know that I shall recover from this one..
All because Ken wanted to start using the computer...!! Anyway, keep me in
your thoughts that my friend who is coming over Monday night can get me back, as
I seem to be missing a box of my drivers etc. from the move... So I have
to hope all is over under windows 1..
Anyway, I have lost all my email for the time being and
my address book... I would appreciate if you can help me get back to
norm.. I had phone numbers and addresses for some of you and if you would
be so kind as to send those to me again @blessu@worldnet.att.net I would
really appreciate it...
As you all post to mol-cancer forum, I will attempt to
atleast get back some of your email addresses.. Some I have now.. I
see that Paula, you asked for the CBC site again.. and I have lost all of my
bookmarks and favorites, as well as the copy of the site I sent you.. I am sorry
my dear.. Maybe someone else here saved it or still has it on their email.. Like
PJ.. I think she said she was 300 messages behind..
I certainly feel ignorant and frustrated... I
always knew I should have taken a computer class...!! LOL!! I have
also lost my aol service and attempted to reinstall it, but it will not open as
is... Of course I tried to do an upgrade at the same time! No fool
like an old fool.!!
Anyway.. If I didn't respond to someone from today, as
I normally would.. you will have to forgive me.. I don't know that these
messages will be retrievable even with help... Hope that all is well my
friends.. and don't attempt to reinstall windows, over windows...!! Love
