I used to plan the events and functions at the Kennedy
Center for Performing Arts.. Met and worked with many celeb's.. When
I resigned and accepted another position, my final premiere was "The
Turning Point" It truly was a wonderful event and when Shirley
McClaine, Anne Bancroft and yes... Baryshnikov, were making their speeches..
Shirley McClaine asked who had was responsible for this fabulous event.. I was
asked up on stage and got hugs and kisses by them all.... Was a very nice
way to leave with a job well done and respect for three lovely people..
So you see my dear, it is not as exciting as it could
have been, but it was a good memory for me.. I also met many others over
the years and believe me.. some were devils, but then I was blessed by the ones
that were good people.. I have lots of stories and maybe should share them
here and there... Now, go to sleep and stop wondering!! LOL!!
