You aren't. I thought they were dumb, too. I heard something equally stupid the other day, but now I can't remember what it was!!! Once it comes to me, I'll let you know. Sort of reminds me of the instructions on the back of a TV dinner. "Remove from box -- do not consume box." Honestly, I saw that a few years ago. The problem was, I think the box would have tasted better than the contents! LOL Kathy

Oh dear.... Here they give five things for reducing cancer risks:
Cummings and Bingham conclude with five tips for reducing cancer risks: don't smoke; (okay, I think we are all getting this one) take regular exercise;( I guess this means that it is good I have gotten back on the treadmill) don't be sexually promiscuous;(marriage certainly has put a halt to that) avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (wouldn't wear a bathing suit now anyway) and avoid contracting hepatitis B and C viruses ( Ah, but this one.. I just don't think I can do.. I mean I have been doing my best to contract these?)
Are they real?? What would you do to contract them? Is there a store you go to to buy them or what?!! Sorry, but I couldn't resist the commentary... I do feel that there is much truth to this article, but certainly hated to see the five tips at the end!! Please let me know if I am the only one that took this poorly!! LOL!! Love, Carla
