I will just cut and paste the rest of it into email for you. I know it can be done the other way, but this is probably the easiest. I just sent the Bread section. I'll send the rest one at a time.

Alice's Fruit Cake
4 eggs                                                        2 lb raisins
1 can walnuts                                       4 oz citron
1 lb. Brown Sugar                                    4 cups flour sifted three times
3 teaspoons Baking powder                        1 cup butter
1 cup sour milk or fruit juice                      1 teaspoon Soda
Nutmeg and cinnamon                              1 pt. pitted cherries 

(No directions were given/follow same proceedure as Walnut Prune Cake.)


Alice's Thanksgiving White Cake

1 Cup thick sour cream                              1/2 tsp. soda
1 cup sugar                                                1 tsp baking powder
whites of 6 eggs                                     1/2 cup corn starch.
Flour enough to make medium thin batter. Bake in layers. Put together with sour cream brown sugar icing


Applesauce Fruitcake

2 cups sugar                                     2 cups applesauce
1 heaping tablespoon shortening                1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp hot water                                  1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda                                            1 tsp baking powder
1 lb raisins                                         1 cup chopped nut meats
about 3 1/4 c.flour (to make stiff batter)       1/2 c. mixed citron peel, etc.
unsweetened apple sauce.                  Bake in moderate oven.


Boiled Raisin Cake
Cook 1 lb raisins for 20 minutes.  Drain and save 1 cup of raisin liquid.   Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1 1/2 cups sugar.  Add 2 well beaten eggs.  Blend.  sift 2 cups flour , 1 tsp soda, 1 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt.  Add some of flour to egg mixture then alternately remaining flour and raisin water.  Fold in raisins and 1 cup walnuts.  Bake in loaf cake 1 1/2 hours

.Cake Doughnuts
3 eggs                                           1/2 tsp flavoring
1 cup sugar                                    2 tbsp shortening
1 tsp[ salt                                    1 cup milk
Flour enough to make soft dough       1/2 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs till light; add sugar and beat. Add melted shortening; add nutmeg, baking powder, and salt with 1 cup flour-add alternately with milk. Add extract; stir in more flour. Roll, cut, fry.

Carrot Ring
2 cups Mashed carrots                              1/2 cup milk
4 eggs beaten separately                            1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter melted and mixed                             
    with two tbsp flour
Combine all ingredients except beaten egg whites then fold in egg whites.  Put in can and  steam in pan of hot water about 20 minutes until it sets.

Chocolate Creole Cake
2 c brown sugar                         1/2 c. possum (or coffee I assume)
1/2 cup butter                                1 tsp soda
3 eggs                                                1/2 c. sour cream or milk
1/3 cup cocoa                          2 c. flour
Cream butter.  beat in half sugar. Beat other half sugar into beaten yolks. Beat two mixtures together. Stir postum into cocoa--let cool and add sour cream or milk. Stir mixture into sugar. Bake in moderate oven.

Cream Filling For Nut Filled Cake
1 c. sugar                                               2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp Vanilla                                 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk.
Heat milk and sugar in double boiler. Thicken with flour. Add eggs and vanilla and chopped nuts.

Gertrude's Favorite
3 cups flour                                               1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter                                  2 1/2 teaspoons baking
4 eggs                                                    3/4 cup water                  
1/2 tsp salt                                            flavoring
Cream butter and sugar-break in1 egg, not beaten, add a little flour with baking powder sifted in, beat well. Repeat until all your eggs are in. Add flavoring. Makes 4 layers

Ma's Marble Cake
1 1/4  c. sugar                                  3 eggs well beaten
2/3 cup shortening                            1 c. buttermilk
1/2  tsp soda                                    1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour and corn starch(a little)
Divide into two parts-2 tbsp of cocoa for dark part. Coconut in light part. Bake in bread pans.

Mock German Chocolate
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding   1 pkg. white cake mix
3 egg whites                                       1 cup sweet milk
1 cup buttermilk with 1/2 tsp soda
Beat together 5 minutes. Bake in layer pans 40 min. at 350.degrees

Topping
1 cup canned milk                    1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks                                  1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla
Cook and stir in top of double boiler about 12 minutes. Add 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans. Spread on layers.

2 1/2 cups sifted flour                                2 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder                         3 eggs
1/2 tsp soda                                      4 squares chocolate
1/2 tsp salt                                 1 c. water
1/2 c. butter                                 1 tsp. vanilla
Add baking powder, soda and salt to flour.  Sift. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Beat. Add chocolate. Add flour alternately with water.  Frost with Raisin Nut Morocco Frosting.

Raisin Nut Morroco Frosting
Mix well in top of double boiler:
2 unbeaten egg whites                              1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar                             5 tbsp water 
Place over boiling water, beat constantly with egg beater.  Cook 7 minutes until frosting will stand in peaks. 
Remove from water, add:
1 cup chopped raisins                                1 cup broken walnuts
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind                  1 square melted chocolate

Mrs. Griffin's Angel Food Cake
(Ma's version)
12 egg whites beaten stiff
Add:1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar, 1 1/2 cups sifted sugar, a little at a time.
1 cup cake flour sifted 4 times.  Add a little at a time. Flavoring (vanilla or almond)
Bake one hour in slow oven.

Mrs. Griffin's Angel Food Cake
(Mom's Version)
Beat 11 egg whites stiff                 1/4 tsp salt-beat in
1 tsp cream of tartar-beat in               1 1/2 cup sugar folded in
1 cup  cake flour sifted four times.
Bake in slow oven 1 hour.

Mrs. Martin's Sunshine Cake
7 Eggs beaten separately                               1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sugar, gradually beaten into yolk            1/2 tsp cream tartar
1 cup flour                                                 pinch salt
After folding whites into yolks with 1 teaspoon vanilla, fold in dry ingredients.  Bake one hour in slow oven.



Mrs. Reed's Plum Pudding
1/2 lb. beef suet                                       2 cups flour
1/2 lb currants                                     2 oz citron
1/2 lb raisins                                       1 cup sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon                               2 tsp baking powder             spices                                                  2 eggs                                  1/2 cup sweet milk
Combine all ingredients. Put in a can and steam in pan of hot water until it sets.

Mrs. Werry's Golden Cake
1/2 cup sugar                      1/4 cup butter                 
5 egg yolks                             1/4 cup milk   
1/2 tsp. baking powder          1 cup flour            
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cream butter and sugar, add yolks, well beaten. Add flour and milk alternately, add flavoring and nuts.

Pound Cake
(to use up egg yolks)
Cream 1 cup of butter with 1 cup sugar.       Beat 8 egg yolks until thick.
Add to creamed butter and sugar and beat until very fluffy. 
Add 1 cup milk.  Blend thoroughly.
Add to mixture.    Sift 3 cups flour with two teaspoons baking powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.     

Bake at least an hour.


Spice Cake

1/2 cup butter                                  1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour                                            1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. water                                                1 c. sugar
2 eggs                                                        2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift together three times flour, Baking powder, spices, and salt. Add alternately with water.

Walnut Prune Cake
Cream, 2/3 cup shortening with1 cup sugar. Add 3 egg yolks, beat well.  Fold in 1 cup chopped cooked prunes and 3 tbsp. sour cream or 2 tbsp sweet cream and 1 tbsp vinegar. Sift one and 1/2 cups flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice,1/4 tsp salt. Fold in 3 beaten egg whites and 1 tsp. Vanilla. Bake in layers. Frost with mocha butter frosting. Decorate with walnuts.
