I think you are so right about your profession. So many things are done
with
the end result in mind and not the real problem at hand. Your medical team at
the
very least should be honest and straight up with you-even if its not what you
want to hear. I know you are a fighter and you will continue to batttle as we
all do. I am currently in remission w NSC lung cancer and are having CT scans
every 2 mos
to be sure everything is ok. A scan instead of an x-ray 2yrs ago is the
difference between cure & remission for me. I have a wonderful oncologist at
St. Vincent who
has been straight forward & honest with me from the beginning.If you want more
