Very sorry to hear about your sister-in-law. However, as Jean said,
there is whole range with bi-polar...anti-depressants will often help
some cases. and one of the great dilemmas is they don't want medication,
and or don't take it regularly. However, Rich is going through a
life-changing period, so now is the time to look at ALL his problems
holistically, because they are all related. Hopefully you can work with
