[MOL] Patches for pain

Charlie is on Fentanyl patches, too. We have increased over the months from
50ug to 200 ug.

Morphine makes him delirious also, but is sometimes a necessary evil as the
pressure in head can be debilitating. At those times I hold him and repeat
our mantra "God is you anchor-Sally is your anchor". Pretty soon he knows
where he is again hearing the familiar words.

The morphine is sublingual and works just about immediately.

Sally
