Dear Jean
Thank you once again for Annies message. Just a thought. Does Annie do
the meditation and guided imagery techniques that you and I espouse to
for say "worrying" which is a cause of toxic stress? Is this an area
where I may be of some help to Annie? I have not sent her a "cc" of this
until i hear from you. And also does or did she read the books that help
her over the humps of worry and concerns as opposed to the most
positive of beliefs?
Thank you again for that update, Jean. We truly care and hope we can
support and help you with your great caregiving for this courageous
young lady.
God Bless
