Liz,
The Dr. at Hopkins felt I should get to an oncologist right away AND send all
my files, films, etc... to Staten Island University Hospital. He felt I would
be an excellent candidate for SRS. Again, the 2nd dr. hadn't even heard of
it. That scares me. I want a physician who is on top of new and/or improved
treatment. I felt very comfortable with the dr. at Hopkins. The Dr. today
made me nervous. I am getting confused because the drs. are saying I need
this or that, but nothing is being done. I realize patience is a virtue, but
every moment that goes by all I can do is imagine this thing growing and
GROWING and you get the picture.
