Liz, was this just one experience. We very much like the tofu which is
called "just like ground", plain or Italian flavour, it has the texture of
hamburger without grease. We use it in place of anything where hamburger
would be used. As for the others, we hardly use the ordinary grainy tofu
packed in water but the Tetra packed (sort of vacuum packed) and is a
wonderful silken texture and comes in soft, medium, firm and extra firm.
Extra firm will hold for stir fry and Liz G and we use in Japanese cooking
though there is a Japanese tofu available with is more granular and breaks
easily. Yes, it is good for you. Tell her, Lillian

texture. It's just like I have never been able to eat tapioka pudding. I
can't get past the texture.

I use zucchini for is zucchini bread. I love pasta, crab, peas, onions and
all the flavoring.

zucchini, green onions, garlic, lemon, red pepper. Romaine Salad with
Raspberry vinegrette. Wheat cutting board bread (from bakery) w/no
preservatives... It was one of my better meals!! Now Liz, you won't see
me at Pizza Hut, but I was at Applebee's Thursday night!!
