Dear Carla,
There are no paperclips beside the envelope.  Some just come in and some I
have to hit the "reply to author" button.  I'm going to check with my
server.
I haven't seen a download button anywhere.  Remember I'm pretty new to this
computer stuff.  But it sure does facinate me.  Love Vicci
