I caught that Lillian, alright what lies are you spreading about seaweed. I
got the sneer in your note. Seriously, seaweed is good, especially if you
don't eat red meat. Japanese cooking would be great for you, Lil, they
don't believe in cooking the food much so most of the nutrients are left.
You are really getting your digs in, Lil, glad to see you back in form. LOL
