Dear Bea:  I recently saw a picture of a lady with untreated breast cancer, the
cancer had started inside and broke through the skin in many almost black type
sores.  It may be difficult at this point to give your grandmother's cancer a
name; but I can tell you that it was an untreated cancer; by this I mean, she
had it too long, that even removing the foot was of little use.  I used to work
on a cancer floor as a volunteer and believe me most people do not realize that
cancer has a smell all its own.  Once you have smelled cancer you will remember
