In the late 60's my grandmother had a sore on her foot, thought to be a
bunion rubbed by wearing rubber thongs (very popular back then). The sore
was biopsied and was determined to be cancer. Her foot was removed.
Within 6 months her body was covered with black sores (that started
under the skin and erupted into foul smelling sores). She died within 6
months and it was a horrible painful death. No one in the family or
doctor can give me a name or type of cancer. Has anyone heard of this
type of cancer, give a name and can tell me anything about it or where
to start to find out what took this loved one's life before I ever
really got to know her? Responses are appreciated. Bea
