Liz, I was playing with you, I have a warped sense of humor, people say to
lighten up all the time, well I can't get any lighter upstairs that is.....Yes,
I have to stay away from all dairy products. My husband does the shopping, he
thinks he's doing me such a big favor. When I unload the bags and see all the
cheese, eggs, milk (no not my soy milk, he forgot that), ice cream, and tons of
meats, I simply smile and go do the extra shopping needed. I eat all wheat
products also. I love the green's here, kale, turnip; etc.and I love spinich
any way it's fixed. I promise I will give this some more thought and come up
with some receipies; although this was supposed to be done by our MARTY,, are
