LOL,
One of the really neat things about having seven children, is
you really get to experience a lot of "Out of the mouths of
babes" incidents--first hand.
The other night my wife and I told our nine-year-old Curtis
that he was really a mess--would he please go take a bath?
His reply was "do I hafta take off my clothes?"
When we laughed and told him of course you have to take
off your clothes he groaned and drooped his head in such
a way that would have made any sad clown look like a
happy camper.
Les, I'm really sorry to hear about your complications! If
you are finding you have a lot of time to read, you might
concider some books by the humourist "Patrick McManis."
I can read his books over and over laugh every time. Two
especially funny one (I thought) were "Never Sniff a Gift
Fish" and "They Shoot Old Canoes Don't They?"
In Minnesota they had a super library system--one could
browse many, many libraries right from your computer
there. And, I'm not sure but you might have even been
able to check them out from your home and have them
mailed to you. They say that you have to pay more taxes
in Minnesota, but I sure loved their library system. You
might be able to something like that in Ohio (is that where
you are?)
Wishing you a speedy recovery, and Love,
Ross
