Some time back you posted some comments on natural Foods and recipes and
you mentioned that you had taken lessons from the Livingston Foundation and
followed up with a nutritionist.

Do you know of a web site that might have recipes and information that can
be downloaded. I would like to  get all my cookbooks on my kitchen computer
and if there is a good source of nutritional information already on the
computer why retype it?  If you know of a good source please send the
address. Meanwhile I will look for a site myself. If I find something good,
I'll pass it along. I think you are a better judge of something good than I
because you have already done so much research.

The idea of being "good" certainly has taken on a different meaning. I have
always believed in eating nutritionally well balanced meals but I do like
an occasional "goodie" that is probably not all that good for me.
