[MOL] e mail empowerment.

Wow, what a rush. I just e-mailed a note about my progress and asking
questions to my oncologist and surgeon. I would never have done this two
days ago. I listened to Bernie Siegel's book on tape yesterday (L,M&M) and
this was the result. . . I took the risk to open up communiciations with my
Drs. To my surprise, when I called the nurse to get the addresses, she
was excited about it . . . and here I was thinking that if I sent a note,
they would think I was a pushy pain who was trying to monopolize their time
etc.

I am not quite ready to call them by their first names yet, especially my
oncologist as he is older and heads a large department. I think I will get
there soon, though.

Blessings to you all,

Tracy
