I am new to this and I assume one writes you letters or questions. I thought
perhaps this was a type of cancer chat room but I guess not.
A dear friend of mine has just been diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma with it
appearing in mulitple lpaces in the liver. At this point the primary site is
unknown. Theyhave checked the colon, stomach, gall bladder, pancreas,
ovaries, lung s and breasts. Everything so far is showing negative except
they are certain there are multiple tumors in the liver that did not originate
there. We have an appointment this Friday, July 17, 198 with an oncologist.
I have been trying to find some data and or web sites to help us formulate
questions for this doctor. I am getting nowhere fast. I don't think I have
enough information at this point. Can you offer any suggestions for questions
that we should be sure to ask on this visit or can you suggest web sites and
other data that I can quickly get my hands on. I thank you in advance for any
assistance you can provide. Please respond ASAP.
