Marty:
Just for info. My doctor prescribed 5 mgs. of folic acid per day for hot flashes. This works and is also supposed to help my immune system.

Dear Joicy and All,
Barb has been on Tamoxifen since July of last year and works for her.
However, she does experience hot flashes. She is taking a pill called
Bellergal-S which is not a hormone and takes as needed say up to 1 tab
three times a day. Another name for Bellergal-S is Bellamine. This also
has alleviated the hot flash experience. HOpe this info benefits
God Bless
