Hi Lillian,
I've been gone a few days and didn't get to tell you what Snickers markings
were and to Thank You for 2 personal messages that day. She looks just
like a snickers candy bar......carmel brown tan and she's a little nutty
too. She's over 10 years old and rules the roost. My husband tries to
rule her but he always has to give in to her because she's got all the cat
codes. She knows where she belongs at any given time. On his side of the
bed. He's a trucker and that's her spot when he's gone. I have one
picture of my granddaughter sleeping on the couch, belly up, with Snickers
laying on top of her. She knows her place!
How am I doing? I don't know. I've been so busy with Rich and still
trying to work (not 8 hours a day, I own a process serving co. and I turned
a lot of the work over to my helper) and put on the 50th Wedding
Anniversary that I haven't had time to dwell. When the surgeon told us he
got it out (the cancer) I assumed that was a good thing. I just hope we
are not in for any more shocks.
Hello again Sweet Lillian,
Hey that rythemns, rythms, how do you spell rimes (long eye). I didn't get
a chance to send the beginning of this msg on the 12th and since have
received your very sweet musical card that made my eyes well up with tears
and spill down my face. I've got a lot of catching up to do and will get
to it this week. You are just tooooo special and I want to thank you for
thinking of me!
Does everyone else know what a wonderful, sweet, and thoughtful person you
are?
I know they do, as I read all the mail. I will write more later but Rich
just got in from the Dr. He removed the last of Rich's stitches on his
bum. Rich is moving right around. First day home he took his car and
drove to my parents house. (I guess to check the fence, hee hee) The one
he had to finish building before he went in for surgery. Crazy kid. He
definetly has his own mind. Does what he pleases. But he's mending
nicely. He's been a little upset about the colostomy and the odor but we
just keep telling him to please don't worry about that, to think positively
and be as happy as we are that things went so well. I guess we will have
an adjustment period now. Radiation starts the 17th of this month. He's
asking if it will hurt. I told him that from what the MOLers have written,
it's just a short treatment with no pain but maybe a slight burn, maybe.
I will finish writing to everyone as time permits but just had to send this
off to you. Thank You soooooo much for everything!!!!! You lift me sooooo
high.
What's your favorite style of calligraphy? I really like uncial and
italic.
Bye friend, Vicci
