Cindy, I do not know what the official policies are, but during my
treatments for breast cancer (which involved 5 different doctors) I
requested copies of all the records and lab reports for my own files --
and got them. This has proven not only helpful, but also necessary as I
continue to do my own research to stay healthy (and my memory is not
what it once was -- a loss which coincided with my chemo treatments, and
I don't think that's a coincidence!) So by all means ask. God bless,
